Booking Policy

To ensure fair availability and smooth scheduling, Mifuto follows a simple booking confirmation policy. If the event is scheduled within 5 hours from the time of booking, an advance payment is not required and the booking can proceed directly. For example, if a customer books at 10:00 AM for an event happening before 3:00 PM, no advance payment is necessary. However, if the event is scheduled more than 5 hours after the booking time, an advance payment is required to confirm and secure the service provider’s availability for that time slot. This policy helps Mifuto manage photographer availability efficiently while ensuring customers receive timely service.

Payment Policy

Mifuto follows a flexible payment policy to make the booking process simple for customers. For instant bookings (events within 5 hours), no advance payment is required at the time of booking. However, for advance bookings, an advance payment is required to confirm and secure the service slot. All payments made through the Mifuto platform are non-refundable; in case a service is cancelled for any reason, the paid amount will be credited to the customer’s Mifuto wallet for future use. After the service is completed, customers may settle any remaining payment either directly with the photographer or through the online payment option available on the Mifuto platform, ensuring convenience and flexibility in payment methods.

Event Day Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable photography experience, customers are kindly requested not to worry about the skills of individual photographers, as all photographers on the Mifuto platform are verified and professionally trained. Before the service begins, customers should briefly inform the photographer about the important moments of the event, key family members or guests, and any preferred poses or special requests. The photography service will officially begin once the OTP verification is completed on the platform. The minimum service duration is 45 minutes, during which customers can typically expect around 100–150 quality images depending on the event flow. A pause option is available after the timer starts, which can be used based on mutual understanding between the customer and the photographer. If additional coverage or services are required beyond the booked time, extra charges will apply. To help manage the session effectively, Mifuto will send reminders about the remaining service time at regular intervals during the event.

Media Delivery Policy

Mifuto offers a fast and convenient digital media delivery system for all events. After the event is completed, instant delivery is available, and all captured photos and video clips will be uploaded to your Mifuto dashboard within approximately three hours. Customers can securely access and download their media directly from the platform. Physical delivery options such as pen drives or other storage devices are not provided, as all media is delivered exclusively through the Mifuto dashboard. Once the upload process is completed, customers will receive a notification via email. For a 45-minute service, customers can typically expect around 100–150 images and 25–75 short video clips, depending on the event flow. The delivered files will be raw photos and video clips, and no physical editing or printed materials are included. However, an image editor tool will be available within the gallery for basic adjustments. Additional platform features and improvements will be introduced in future updates.

Cancellation Policy

Mifuto provides a structured cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both customers and service providers. If a customer cancels a booking 10 days before the scheduled event date, the full amount will be credited to the customer’s Mifuto wallet. If the cancellation is made 5 days before the event, 100% of the paid amount will still be credited to the wallet. For cancellations made 3 days before the event, 75% of the amount will be credited to the wallet. However, cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled event date are non-refundable. Please note that all refunds are processed only as wallet credits within the Mifuto platform, and cash refunds are not available under any cancellation conditions. For instant bookings, since no advance payment is required, this cancellation policy regarding advance payments does not apply.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best photography experience, customers are encouraged to treat the photographer as a valued guest or friend during the event, creating a comfortable environment that helps achieve better results. Before the service begins, please discuss all important event details with the photographer, including key moments, important people to capture, and any special requests or preferred poses. Customers should also ensure that clear instructions and accurate location details are provided during the booking process to avoid any confusion on the event day. After the event is completed, the remaining payment should be settled either in cash or through the online payment option before the photographer leaves the venue. Once the payment is successfully completed, all photos and videos will be uploaded to the Mifuto dashboard within approximately three hours for easy access and download.

Privacy & Media Usage

Mifuto is committed to protecting the privacy and media ownership of every customer. All photos and videos captured during your event are treated as strictly private, and Mifuto will never use any images or videos for promotional or marketing purposes without the customer’s permission. Similarly, photographers on the Mifuto platform are not allowed to use, share, or publish even a single image from your event for their personal or promotional use without explicit authorization from the customer. Every file is securely stored using high-security cloud infrastructure powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring reliable protection and safe storage of your media. Mifuto maintains strict data security practices so that your photos and videos remain protected, confidential, and safely stored without risk of loss or unauthorized access.
