mifuto.com Business Partner Account Terms of Use

mifuto.com may offer business partners access to online user accounts, including Connect (extranet) and the Affiliate Partner Centre (hereafter the “mifuto.com Services”). Individuals with access to these user accounts either due to an agreement directly with mifuto.com or on behalf of a business partner of mifuto.com (hereafter the “Master Agreement”), must adhere to the following Terms of Use.

You agree not to, and not to allow third parties, to use the mifuto.com Services for other purposes than agreed to in the Master Agreement, and not:

1.“To send unsolicited commercial emails to guests”

2.“To make misrepresentations, including hiding your identity”

3.“To upload viruses, malware or other malicious code”

4.“To alter, disable or circumvent any processes built into the mifuto.com systems”

5. “To damage, disable, impair and/or overburden the mifuto.com systems”

6. “To copy and further use the mifuto.com trademarks unless explicitly agreed to by mifuto.com”

7.“To disclose, share or resell any login details”

8.“To grant access to the mifuto.com systems to third parties for commercial or any other reason without mifuto.com’s explicit written agreement”

9.“To use the mifuto.com Services in violation of applicable law, including the legal rights of others. This includes uploading content that violates third party intellectual property rights”

10.“Any loss or misuse of login credentials must immediately be reported to report@mifuto.com.”

Failure to comply with these Terms of Use may lead to suspension of your access to the mifuto.com Services. mifuto.com retains the right to take further legal steps, including termination, in accordance with the respective Master Agreement.
