1. Media Delivery Terms
1.1 All photos and videos from your service will be made available on your personal dashboard within 2 to 3 days after the session. A notification will be sent to your registered email once the files are ready for download.
1.2 The photos and videos provided are unedited raw footage. We deliver the content exactly as captured and charge only for the transfer of these files. Editing services are not included unless specifically requested and quoted.
1.3 Photos: You will receive between 50 to 100 high-resolution images, depending on the scope of the service booked.
1.4 Video Clips: You will receive between 25 to 100 video clips, depending on the duration and type of service. The number of clips may vary based on the event coverage.
1.5 The total number of images and video clips may change depending on the type of service and session length.
2. Data Privacy and Security
2.1 Mifuto takes the security of your data seriously. Any personal information or data collected during the booking and service process is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
2.2 Your data will not be used for advertising purposes or sold to third parties. It will only be used for the delivery of services and communication purposes.
3. Legal Jurisdiction
3.1 All legal matters related to Mifuto services fall under the jurisdiction of Trivandrum Courts.
4. Service Liability
4.1 Mifuto is an independent service provider, and the hospital authority has no involvement in Mifuto's operations, including service delivery, payments, or complaints.
5. Communication & Support
5.1 All service-related information, including booking confirmation, payment details, photographer assignment, and schedule, will be communicated via email.
5.2 Live chat support is available 24 hours on our website for any assistance or queries.
5.3 Customers can view all relevant booking details (photographer details, event timing, and payment details) via their dashboard under the reserved booking section.
6. Payments & Booking
6.1 Payments for bookings must be made online via Razorpay. Both online and offline payments are supported after the initial booking.
6.2 Once a payment is completed, the service booking is confirmed and non-refundable unless canceled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Tipping Policy
7.1 Tipping Mifuto staff is not mandatory. Customers may tip at their discretion, but there is no obligation or expectation.
8. Event Timing & OTP
8.1 Time is valuable, and each event starts using an OTP verification method. Please be prepared to enter the OTP number provided to you to begin the service.
8.2 If additional time is required beyond the booked service duration, extra charges will apply based on the extended time.
9. Additional Guests
9.1 Each service has a maximum number of attendees allowed. If additional guests or participants exceed the agreed number, Mifuto reserves the right to charge extra fees.
10. Mifuto Privilege Card
10.1 Mifuto offers a Privilege Card for customers, which provides access to exclusive offers and discounts on future services.
