1.a: No Cash Refunds: Refunds are not issued in cash. Instead, the refund amount will be credited to your Mifuto Wallet.
1.b: Careful Booking: Customers are advised to carefully book the services they want to avoid unnecessary cancellations or changes.
2.Service Exchange or Change Options
1.a.No Service Exchange or Change: Once a service is booked, it cannot be exchanged or changed for another service.
1.b:Cancellation or Date Change: o You may cancel the order according to our Cancellation Policy (refer to details provided at the time of booking).
1.c:One-Time Date Change: Customers can change the service date one time only. Please ensure accuracy when making changes, as no further modifications will be allowed.
3.Gift Options
If the service or product includes a gift option, ensure the details are correctly mentioned in the order.
4. Shipping Policy
1.a.Any shipped items will take up to 15 working days to be delivered.
1.b:Additional Products: For extra items like hard drives or pen drives, customers must pay an additional amount, including applicable courier charges.

1a:If cancelled 10 days or more before the service date, you will receive a full refund in your Mifuto wallet.
50% Refund:
If cancelled 5 to 10 days before the service date, 50% of the amount will be credited to your Mifuto wallet.
Example: For a booking on 13th July 2024, cancel between 1st July 2024 (00:01 AM) and 6th July 2024 (11:59 PM) for a 50% refund.
35% Refund:
If cancelled 3 to 5 days before the service date, 35% of the amount will be credited to your Mifuto wallet.
Example :
For a booking on 13th July 2024, cancel between 7th July 2024 (00:01 AM) and 9th July 2024 (11:59 PM) for a 35% refund.
No Refund:

If cancelled within 3 days of the service date, no refund will be processed.
Example: For a booking on 13th July 2024, cancellations after 10th July 2024 (00:01 AM) will not be eligible for a refund.

1a: Cancel via My Bookings: To cancel a booking, go to the "My Bookings- Reserved Services" section of your Mifuto account, select the booking you want to cancel, and click on "Cancel Booking."
1.b: Provide a Reason: You may be asked to provide a reason for cancellation. This information helps us understand and improve our service.
1.c:Cancellation Confirmation: Once you submit a cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email. Check your email for updates on the cancellation status.
