2. Service Exchange or Change Options
1.a No Service Exchange or Change: Once a service is booked, it cannot be exchanged or changed for another service.
1.b Cancellation or Date Change: You may cancel the order according to our Cancellation Policy (refer to details provided at the time of booking).
1.c One-Time Date Change: Customers can change the service date one time only. Please ensure accuracy when making changes, as no further modifications will be allowed.

1. Full Refund in Wallet
1.a If cancelled 10 days or more before the service date, you will receive a full refund in your Mifuto wallet.
50% Refund
If cancelled 5 to 10 days before the service date, 50% of the amount will be credited to your Mifuto wallet.
Example: For a booking on 13th July 2024, cancel between 1st July 2024 (00:01 AM) and 6th July 2024 (11:59 PM) for a 50% refund.
35% Refund
If cancelled 3 to 5 days before the service date, 35% of the amount will be credited to your Mifuto wallet.
Example: For a booking on 13th July 2024, cancel between 7th July 2024 (00:01 AM) and 9th July 2024 (11:59 PM) for a 35% refund.
No Refund
If cancelled within 3 days of the service date, no refund will be processed.
Example: For a booking on 13th July 2024, cancellations after 10th July 2024 (00:01 AM) will not be eligible for a refund.
