Media Delivery Terms

All photos and videos captured during the service will be securely delivered through the official Mifuto platform. Once the files are ready, customers can conveniently access and download them from their personal dashboard.

  • Dashboard Delivery: All photos and videos from your session will be uploaded to your personal dashboard within 2–3 days after the service. A notification will be sent to your registered email once the files are available for download.
  • Raw Media Files: The photos and videos provided are unedited raw footage. Mifuto delivers the media exactly as captured by the photographer. Editing services are not included unless specifically requested and quoted separately.
  • Photos Delivery: Customers will typically receive between 50 to 100 high-resolution images, depending on the scope and coverage of the service booked.
  • Video Clips Delivery: Customers will receive approximately 25 to 100 video clips. The number of clips may vary based on the duration, activities, and type of service coverage.
  • Variation in Quantity: The final number of photos and video clips may vary depending on the type of service, session duration, and event coverage.

Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters and disputes related to services provided through the Mifuto platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Trivandrum. By booking or using the service, customers agree that any legal proceedings, claims, or disputes will be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of Trivandrum Courts.

  • Email Communication: All service-related information including booking confirmation, payment details, photographer assignment, event schedule, and important updates will be communicated through your registered email address.
  • 24/7 Live Chat Support: Customers can access our live chat support available on the official Mifuto website 24 hours a day for assistance, service inquiries, or any booking-related questions.
  • Customer Dashboard Access: Customers can view complete booking details at any time through their personal dashboard under the "Reserved Booking" section. This includes photographer details, service timing, booking status, and payment information.
  • Centralized Service Management: The dashboard also acts as a central place for customers to track updates, download delivered files, and manage their booked services conveniently.

Payments & Booking

All payments for services booked through the Mifuto platform are processed securely to ensure a smooth and reliable booking experience.

  • Payment Methods: The initial booking payment must be completed online through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay. After the booking confirmation, additional payments may be completed through approved online or offline payment methods as communicated by Mifuto.
  • Booking Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully completed, the service booking will be officially confirmed. Payments made for confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation qualifies under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Tipping Policy

Mifuto maintains a professional service environment where tipping is entirely optional and based on the customer’s personal preference.

  • Optional Tipping: Tipping Mifuto staff is not mandatory. Customers may choose to offer a tip as a gesture of appreciation for the service provided, but there is no obligation or expectation to do so.

Event Timing & OTP

To ensure accurate service tracking and smooth event management, Mifuto follows a secure verification process for the start and duration of each booked service.

  • OTP Service Start: Each event or service begins with an OTP verification process. Customers will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) which must be shared with the photographer to officially start the service session.
  • Timely Preparation: Customers are requested to be prepared with the OTP at the scheduled start time to avoid delays in beginning the service.
  • Extended Service Time: If additional time is required beyond the originally booked service duration, extra charges may apply based on the extended coverage time.

Additional Guests

To ensure smooth service delivery and proper event coverage, each Mifuto service package is designed for a specific number of attendees or participants.

  • Attendee Limit: Each service booking includes a maximum number of attendees or participants as specified in the selected package.
  • Additional Participants: If the number of guests or participants exceeds the agreed limit, Mifuto reserves the right to apply additional service charges based on the extended coverage requirements.
