What happens if I delay uploading photos?
Delaying uploads is taken seriously.
After a shoot, photographers or videographers are expected to upload the content within the given time. If there is a delay, it is only acceptable in valid situations—like a genuine technical issue from the platform side, or if you have multiple back-to-back services. Even in such cases, the Mifuto team will verify the reason.
Apart from these valid reasons, delays are not accepted.
If a photographer or videographer fails to upload content on time without a proper reason, strict action will be taken. This can include:
- Customer refund
- Payment loss
- Permanent account removal without warning
Mifuto maintains a strict professional standard, especially when it comes to delivery and customer experience.
Simple point:
If you accept a service, you are expected to complete it properly—including timely upload. No delays without a valid reason.
