Photography Services at Magnum Hospital must be carried out with the highest level of professionalism, discipline, and respect. Patient privacy is our top priority, and no photographs or videos may be captured without obtaining clear consent from the patient or their family. Photographers should focus on documenting genuine and meaningful moments—such as newborn celebrations, recovery milestones, and appropriate doctor-patient interactions—without disrupting hospital operations or patient care. All photographers must strictly follow hospital hygiene and safety protocols, avoid using flash or intrusive equipment in sensitive areas, and coordinate with hospital staff before every session. Wearing the official Mifuto uniform and the Mifuto Provider QR Code-enabled ID card is mandatory throughout the assignment for easy identification and verification. Our goal is to preserve precious memories while maintaining the highest standards of patient dignity, privacy, and professional conduct.

Terms & Conditions

All photography services under MIFUTO are strictly consent-based. Photography will only be conducted when the service is booked and all required approvals are obtained. Without prior hospital authorization and explicit consent from patients or their families, capturing images or videos of patients, newborns, or family members is strictly prohibited. Patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

All data handling processes are secure and managed through controlled systems. Photos and videos are stored, processed, and shared only through authorized platforms. Unauthorized sharing, misuse of personal devices, or leakage of raw files is strictly prohibited.

Packages, pricing, payment terms, and deliverables are clearly defined in advance, ensuring complete transparency. No on-site negotiations or unapproved changes will be permitted. Every service will be delivered exactly as agreed.
