What if a client asks to extend the shoot duration?
If a client wants to extend the shoot time, the photographer or videographer cannot extend it manually.
Only the customer has the option to extend the booking through the platform. They need to select the time extension from their side.
Once the customer extends the time, it will reflect in the system, and you can continue the service accordingly.
This is done to keep everything clear and properly tracked—both in terms of time and payment.
So the process is simple:
if extension is needed → customer extends through the platform → then continue the shoot.
