1. Informing Patients About the Service

Hospital authorities are responsible for:

• Informing patients and families that photography services are available inside the hospital
• Guiding them on how to access the service (QR / direct / assisted booking)

Purpose: Increase awareness and ensure patients don’t miss the service.

2. Assisted Booking Through Dashboard

If required, hospital authorities can:

• Book services on behalf of customers using the Mifuto dashboard
• Enter customer details and confirm booking
• Help patients who are not comfortable with digital booking

Important: This is an optional support role—not mandatory.

3. Direct Booking Handling (Without Mifuto Customer Interaction)

In some cases:

• Hospital authorities may take booking requests directly from patients
• Booking is then created inside the Mifuto system

Mifuto does not directly interact with customers in such scenarios—execution is handled through the system and photographers.
