For Photographers:

• Booking Responsibility:
  All photography sessions at Vivin Luxury Suites must be booked through Mifuto. Vivin Luxury Suites does not hold any responsibility for bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling.

• Professional Conduct:
  Photographers must maintain professionalism and respect the hotel’s property and guests. All activities should align with the agreed booking schedule.

• Area Restrictions:
  Photography is permitted only in designated areas as confirmed by the hotel. Please obtain prior approval from the hotel management before beginning any session.

• Equipment & Setup:
  Use only professional, non-intrusive equipment. The setup should not interfere with hotel guests or cause any inconvenience.

• Liability for Damages:
  Photographers are responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment during the shoot.

  For Customers:

  1. Booking & Responsibility:
     All bookings must be made through Mifuto. Vivin Luxury Suites  does not handle booking, changes, or cancellations. Any issues related to booking or rescheduling must be addressed with Mifuto.

  2. Privacy & Respect for Other Guests:
     Customers must respect the privacy of other hotel guests and should only be photographed in pre-approved areas.

  3. Timeliness:
     Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled session to avoid delays. The session should conclude by 09:00 PM as per the hotel’s operational hours.

  4. Image Usage:
     Photographs taken at Vivin Luxury Suites  are intended for personal use only. Commercial use requires written consent from the hotel management.

  5. Behavior:
     Customers are expected to behave appropriately, maintaining the decorum of the hotel at all times. Any disruptive behavior will result in the termination of the session.

Vivin Suites welcomes Mifuto photographers and customers to capture unforgettable moments in our property. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience, both photographers and customers are required to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please note, Vivin Suites is not responsible for booking arrangements. All booking inquiries and responsibilities are handled exclusively by Mifuto.

   Only professional, non-disruptive photography equipment may be used. Drones or additional lighting equipment require special permission from Vivin Suites.

4. Respect for Hotel Guests:
   Photographers must ensure that the privacy of other hotel guests is respected at all times. Photography is only allowed in designated areas.

5. Liability for Damages:
   Photographers will be held responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or other hotel assets caused during the shoot.

For Customers:

1. Booking and Responsibility:
   All bookings must be made through Mifuto. Vivin Suites holds no responsibility for customer bookings, changes, or cancellations. Please ensure your session is confirmed with Mifuto in advance.

2. Guest Privacy:
   Customers are required to respect the privacy of other hotel guests. Photography of non-participants or in restricted areas is strictly prohibited.

3. Time Management:
   Customers are expected to be on time for their scheduled session. Any delay can affect the availability of the session and may incur additional charges, which must be coordinated with Mifuto.

4. Property Usage:
   All images captured at Vivin Suites are intended for personal use only. Commercial usage (advertising, promotions) requires prior written consent from Vivin Suites management.

5. Conduct and Behavior:
   Customers are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb the hotel environment or other guests. Any disruptive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session.

General Terms:

1. Vivin Suites Liability:
   Vivin Suites is not liable for any issues related to the photography booking, payment, or customer dissatisfaction. All such matters are to be handled exclusively between the photographer and Mifuto.

2. Adherence to Hotel Policies:
   All photographers and customers must comply with the policies set forth by Vivin Suites regarding conduct, property usage, and respect for other guests.
